Why do I need to put a credit card on file

A credit card is requested at the time of booking, for a couple of reasons. The first being to minimize no shows and protect my time. The second is for your convenience during checkout. We all forget things sometimes, and this way a forgotten wallet isn't an issue!

Why does it say no kids?

In an effort to maintain a focus on relaxation and rejuvenation for our loyal gentleman, we aim to minimize distractions and ensure the energy of the space is slower than most children operate. (though I would love to be able to mimic their boundless energy for myself).

I just got here for my appoinment and you're still with your last client

I always do my best to ensure I am running on time, however, that doesn't always happen. If I am still with a client when you arrive and have checked in, please make yourself comfortable in the seating area at the end of the hallway, or downstairs in the guest cafe. I will let you know as soon as I am ready for you.

Does a wash cost extra?

Nope! Here at Cuff and Comb, I believe that washing and styling your hair is simply part of the experience, therefore it's included in the price listed. You can add on additional hot/cold towels for a small up charge. 

I think I'm here, but I can't find your suite

I am located inside the Link Office Suites, upstairs (or up the elevator) and at the far end of the building in suite 221. Have a hard time remembering numbers? No worries, I do too. I like to think I'm in Sherlocks suite.
